- Is married -to Nancy Rinehart (A teacher in the Santa Rosa School System for over 35 years)

- Has 3 children and 2 Grandchildren

- Has served as Minister of Music and Music Evangelist for over 30 years

-Served as bi-vocational Minister of Music at Hickory Hammock Baptist Church during the years of 1975-1995.

- Pastor Jimmy is highly skilled- In choral directing, worship leadership, teaching and ministry programming. He is an extremely gifted solo singer and his integrity and ministry skills have been highly regarded here in the North Florida area for many years.
